What is Trouble Ticketing?
Trouble Ticketing is the service which enables faults to be reported
directly and on-line to KPN Telecom. Once the faults have been
entered into the system they are processed fully electronically.
The Wholesale Service Desk takes care of
any necessary physical handling of the fault. At the moment, this
is possible for the following wholesale services:
MDF
Access (Main Distribution Frame Access)
CPS
(CarrierPreSelection)
It is the goal of KPN Telecom for as many as possible of its
wholesale fault processes to be dealt with via this site in the
future. If you wish to make use of one or more of these services,
you can contact your KPN Telecom Wholesale account manager. He
will be pleased to help you.

will find the procedure and forms to request authorisation for
this service.
