Procedure for
requesting KPN services via the Internet.
Using the Internet to send wholesale services
forecasts directly to KPN or to inform KPN of faults, what
could be easier than that! The advantages are obvious: it
is faster and less prone to errors.
If you do not yet have Internet access to the services Trouble
Ticketing MDF/CPS, Forecasting and/or MDF Info Products, please
fill in the three forms below (D, C and G):
Form
D is used for requesting access to or cancelling these
services. The MDF Access service is subject to a fee; the
Trouble Ticketing and Forecasting services are free of charge.
An authorised signatory of your company must sign the form.
Form
C is used for registering a contact person (and a deputy)
at your company. This person will then be authorised to register,
modify or cancel users of services. This form can also be
used to modify the data of the (deputy) contact person.
Form
G is intended for use by the contact person or his/her
deputy. The contact person must use this form to register
new users for one of the services. The form can also be used
to modify user data or to cancel users.
If you use a service for the first time, please
sign the three original forms and return them to your KPN
Telecom Wholesale account manager. The necessary data will
be forwarded to the address of the contact person on average
five days after receipt of the request form.

Service
TIE
Gateway Forecast Sheet. For the service Forecasting
it is possible to copy and paste your data from Microsoft
Excel to the Forecast form. The manual Forecasting
describes in detail how you can insert the sheet to the
Forecast form. You can find the user manual by Login,
choose Forecasting and select in the right frame
