The charges payable by the Telco to KPN Telecom for the KPN Telecom
Special Rate Services Connect Service consist of non-recurring charges
and usage charges.
Non-recurring charges:
Installation fee for the KPN Telecom Special Rate
Services Connect Service
Test charge
A charge that consists of a fixed charge plus a variable
charge (depending on a number of regional access points)
Usage charges:
Call set-up and call duration charges depending on
the time of the day and day of the week
The Telco will pay a call set-up charge to KPN Telecom
for every call answered
The duration of the call will be measured from start
to finish as defined in the Technical Manual of the
Reference Offer
