The KPN Telecom PSTN 90X Customer Billing Service is a service which handles the billing of subscribers to the KPN PSTN/ISDN on behalf of a Telco for the 090X services provided by the Telco. Billing includes the registration and metering of calls, call charging and pricing, bill calculation, production and distribution, the collection of charges and the handling of enquiries (via 0800-0404). At the subscriber's request, a detailed invoice specification can be added to the standard KPN PSTN/ISDN bill that lists the individual calls to 090X-numbers. KPN Telecom hands over the amounts received for the service to the Telco, less the costs for customer billing. The KPN Telecom 90X Customer Billing Service is only available in combination with the KPN Telecom PSTN 800/90X Connect Service.
