The KPN Telecom PSTN 800/90X Transit Handling Service
handles:
Metering, rating, billing, collection and enquiry resolution on
behalf of a Telco. The processing and transfer of payments on behalf
of Third Telecom Providers from Third Telecom Providers to the Telco.
Calls originating from Third Telecom Providers' Subscriber Connections
within the Netherlands destined for the Telco PSTN and conveyed
over the KPN PSTN. This service is only available in combination
with the KPN Telecom PSTN 0800/090x Premium Transit Connect Service
(to Third Telecom Providers) and the KPN Telecom PSTN 090x Customer
Billing Service.
