The KPN Telecom PSTN Outgoing International Connect Service is a service which conveys calls from the network of a Telco to international destinations. These destinations are identified in a list provided by KPN of International Telecom Operator networks outside the Netherlands. The Telco is responsible for validating the dialled number against the international numbering scheme. The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in accordance with generally accepted service quality parameters that meet the relevant international standards.
