The total charges payable by the Telco to KPN Telecom for KPN Telecom 0800/090X Premium Transit Connect Service consist of non-recurring charges and usage charges.

Non-recurring charges:
	Installation fee for the KPN Telecom 0800/090X Premium Transit Connect Service
	Test charge
	A charge that consists of a standard charge plus a variable charge (depending on the number of regional access points)

Usage charges:
	Call set-up and call duration charges depending on the time of the day and day of the week
	The Telco will pay a call set-up charge to KPN Telecom for every call answered
