  This service conveys calls from KPN's PSTN/ISDN subscribers to the Freephone Numbers (0800) and Special Rate Numbers (090X) of a Telco. The call conveyance part of the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in accordance with established service quality parameters that meet the relevant international standards. KPN Telecom can block some specific 800/90X numbers for KPN end users if the Telco so wishes.
