Telecom providers are obliged to interconnect their public networks with the
networks of other telecom providers in order to enable communication between the networks.
This means that there has to be a physical connection between two networks. KPN Carrier
Services offers these connections via the KPN Telecom 2048 kbit/s End-of-span Network Interconnection
Service (NIS). |
